Amazing and knowledgeable staff. I need to cancel my LLC and willing to pay for the service. However, I contacted many places, but they seem to ignore and don't want to explain my case in details. To my surprise, I called Midwest Accounting and one staff guided me go through every step along the way to dissolve my LLC by myself in a happy and professional manner.
