Customers have reported positive experiences and compliment the stylists' professionalism. The salon offers reasonable prices. While some customers found the product suggestions at checkout excessive, overall, clients are happy with the service and plan to return.
I had my hair cut and colored by Sophie as well as my wedding hair trial and wedding day hair for my bridesmaids and I done by Sophie, Kim, and Sarah. We showed pictures as inspiration, and they totally nailed it! My hair color is exactly what I wanted, the hairstyles done for my wedding day were amazing and held up through the whole night! I could not be happier, and I will continue to see Sophie in the future!
I highly recommend Carpe Diem Hair Studio Inc. The owners Dave & Sarah Olds are awesome as well as the other stylists who work there. Sophie is my stylist and she always does a great job! The receptionist Maddie is always a delight as well. They will be celebrating 30 years on April 11, 2025! Congratulations!!
I think the best reviews come several days after your experience, especially with things like this. How do you feel about your hair and nails days later? Well, me, I love it all! Meg and Cassidy did such an amazing job making me look and feel beautiful! My nails still look perfect and it's been nearly a week! I've never had that happen before. I do a lot with my hands and usually, the color has begun to peel and crack. Well, as of now, they haven't begun to chip, fade, or peel and that's saying a lot.
