We met with Jacob Baumann yesterday for our tax prep. This was our first meeting with Baumann Tax & Business Services. We've had issues in the past with our tax experience elsewhere, and my husband and I were referred here. It was an absolute breath of fresh air. Jacob was personable, down to earth, and made sure we understood every part of the process. He broke down every number in our tax filings, and made it easy to understand. We had pleasant conversation. It was also a smooth process, and we were able to get everything wrapped up in 1 hour. I can't say enough positive things about it.
