From the person who handled our phone call to Daniel, the technician, the service was high quality, efficient and fast. All our options were explained thoroughly. We decided to replace our water heater and the new one was installed before the morning was over. Several years ago, we signed a service contract with West Allis Heating and Cooling and are so glad we did.
Jared was very professional prompt and did a good job. Still waiting for them to come back and install a fan motor, but I see no problem. The job went smoothly and he had my AC up and running in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use them again.
Extremely smooth process from beginning to end. Our AC went out on a Sunday night and by Tuesday we had a whole new system installed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
