Chris, our installer did an amazing job. With this cold weather, he was still able to keep the cold out while installing our new door. He didn't bother us, kept to himself yet remained friendly and finished in a timely manner. Chris throughly show us how to use the new door and explained everything in detail what was done. We had 3 picture windows, one Sliding window, and one sliding Patio door replaced. Sales man was VERY informative, Scheduling was easy but you should plan for a couple two tree months of waiting, we are in Wisconsin and the windows were built in Michigan. Install went quicker and easier than expected. The locking mechanism a little tight on our patio door and a service Tech was at our house the day after our request for service. We didn't expect this but he came the day before X-Mas eve! His fix took 2 minutes and now we're exeedingly happy with our product. The better R value and proper install made our house Noticably warmer!
Weather tight did an excellent job replacing 3 triple size patio doors in my home. They had a really big job and they did it efficiently and left everything clean and ready to go. Thank you Jeremy, Keith and Justin for making my home Weather Tight! I love my new doors!
