Set clear expectations before the service. This was particularly helpful when explaining the difference between the portable and truck hook-up carpet cleaner, as I live in an apartment building. The tech was able to remove almost all the stains! Additionally, he explained why the carpet edges along the baseboards were darkened, due to dirty vents. I’m curious to learn more about the vent cleaning and how it can improve not only the air quality in our unit but also the carpet cleanliness.
