“We had Integrity come to resolve a drainage issue with a very, very soggy backyard area in our new home. We suspected an underground spring as it was not near downspout or sump pump drains. The entire experience with Integrity from initial consult to finished project was very positive. The team that did the work were very polite, hard working, protected the yard from machinery damage by laying boards down, and did a thorough clean up before leaving. They installed a french drain system where the concept design was presented to us beforehand. On the day of work they discovered a source of flowing water and added a second outlet pipe below the french drain system to drain the constant water flow spot out to the edge of the yard. We appreciated the work team lead's communication during the project with the engineer to adjust the initial concept design by adding a second outtake pipe to better manage the drainage issue. We would highly recommend Integrity to others.”
