COMPLETELY unprofessional West Allis office staff. I could read and use my cell phone WITHOUT glasses before cataract surgery and was told I WOULD NOT LOSE WHAT ABILITY TO SEE UP CLOSE THAT I HAD!!! My "up close" vision is now completely destroyed for the rest of my life.

Called here this morning for a "medical emergency". Explained my scenerio as I had been to 2 doctors and it had spread to my eye. The receptionist told me I just had a popped blood vessel and to put a cold compress on it and it would clear up in 2 weeks. I asked how she could diagnose me over the phone without even seeing my eye? She then proceeded to tell me it was just a popped blood vessel and I said I would get a 2nd opinion. I got in with a different doctor who after actually testing and looking at me saw I had high pressure in my eye and had I let it go...it could have caused me to lose vision in my eye. Got referred to this doctor, no remind her phone call text or email regarding my appointment. Call the office in the lady tells me that they do not have the capacity two give reminder calls. Don’t need someone working in my eyes that can’t do the basic minimum. Remind her phone calls are mandatory!Super happy that I miss this appointment because it gave me the opportunity to google this individual which has very low ratings everywhere!Super disappointed in the doctor that referred me to these people.
