I started seeing Dr. Liz after having my first baby. I am fortunate enough to not have chronic pain so I was seeing Dr. Liz for maintenance. I continued to see her all throughout my second pregnancy where I had intermittent back and pelvic pain that Dr. Liz was able to keep under control and manageable. I have no doubt in my mind she played a huge role in me having an uncomplicated second birth. I could not recommend Dr. Liz enough for pregnant and postpartum moms! She also sees my almost 2 year old daughter and is the so patient, kind and gentle with her. I’ve been to other chiropractors in my life, but Dr Liz Ortega is THE best! Really explains what’s going on in your body. She and the staff are very caring. I’ve never had results like I have now. I look forward to adjustments!

Very thorough on explaining everything. Provided me with a plan on what she will be doing in order to realign me and for how long. Very professional as well. Definitely would recommend her
