Opened the cabin and turned in the water only to find a burst pipe. I called Burnett Plumbing and not only did I talk to a live person, I received excellent customer service. They were able to put me on standby and communicated with me to make sure I was kept informed. They were able to make the repair in a timely manner. Very pleased with Burnett Plumbing.

Burnett Plumbing came to open up my cabin for the season recently. They also closed the cabin last fall. They've replaced my water heater, installed a water filtration system, and replaced the shower head and water controls in my shower. I will only use them because they are reliable, professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

Burnett Plumbing plumbed our new home last year and did a great job. We have had a few minor issues with plumbing appliances through this year as expected with a new install and they have been very responsive and fixed the items promptly. We were impressed when the softener they installed went on the fritz and the plumber came first thing the next morning and was able to replace an internal part immediately fixing the issue. To me a sign they use quality appliances that are capable of service, which in our experience isn’t the case in all cases. You won’t go wrong hiring them.
