Westwood Dry cleaners

Westwood Dry Cleaners is a well-known establishment recognized for its excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality work. The staff is friendly and accommodating, often offering small gestures like lollipops for children, which helps create a welcoming atmosphere. The business is praised for its quick turnaround on dry cleaning and alterations, even for time-sensitive events. Customers value the fair prices and overall good service, making Westwood Dry Cleaners a popular choice for cleaning and alteration needs. The family-owned business has a loyal following, with staff members greeting customers by name and providing timely, reliable service. While most reviews are positive, there was a recent issue where a textured suit coat was overpressed and damaged, and the owner’s response was rude, leading to a loss of trust. Despite this, the business continues to be appreciated for its ability to handle large items like comforters quickly and efficiently, often accommodating same-day requests.
