Alterations at Nordstrom

I had a dress altered here for a wedding I'm standing in. This was my first time using Nordstrom as my usual seamstress had fallen ill. I didn't purchase the dress at Nordstrom but when I dropped it off at my fitting that was noted as well as one small stain the seamstress found on the back panel of the dress. One small stain on the back, fine, I could still wear it, it wasn't noticeable. When I came to pick it up someone had tied and knotted the bottom of my dress with the garment bag and the entire bottom of the dress is wrinkled.
