Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I felt this one was important. I found Drs. Vukich and Bruns after watching one of their videos, and we were so impressed that we decided to make the long drive from Darien, IL to meet them and discuss a possible LAL surgery. I cannot say enough about both doctors and their staff throughout the entire process.
Both doctors were kind, patient, and genuinely committed to providing the very best care. The entire staff was wonderful as well — always helpful, always responsive, and consistently keeping me informed at every step.

I had LAL surgery and am very pleased with the results. Drs. Vukich and Bruns are professional and knowledgeable. The staff at Summit Eye Care are experienced and the process is streamlined and seamless. The only aspect of the process that would help the patients is a more comprehensive education process, especially for those choosing LAL. There are many steps to this surgery and explaining those in a stepwise fashion would improve understanding and help set realistic expectations for end results. I have recommended Summit to everyone I know who is considering cataract-removal surgery. Overall, I am very satisfied and would choose Summit Eye Care again.
