Jake was very professional and did an excellent job at explainging what he was going to inspect, as well as the cleaning of our fireplace and the fire logs. He also did a great job at rearranging the logs to give a better flame appearance. Overall, a great experience
We have not had our chimney cleaned for sometime. We gave Royal Chimney Service a call and they sent Jake out to handle our cleaning. Jake found some minor issues took care of those and cleaned our fireplace. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jake.
I cant say enough about the quality of service and the kindness that this company showed to me. My fire place was not working and my furnace broke down. The motor on the furnace had to be ordered. I called Royal Chimney and their office personnel-KIm and Jackie, were incredibly kind. One of them called me and told me of a cancellation. Jake came out and completed a thorough check of the fireplace and remedied the situation. He even called the company that made the fireplace to check out the timer. I would highly recommend this company as their service and attention to detail were outstanding. If there were stars I would give it to them for going above and beyond....read full review
