After going to the shop to pick up my order. Apparently not ready. Due to a new facility,behind a little. Was told to come back next week. A couple days later they contacted me that they were ready to pick up. Came back and to my surprise they gave me my alterations with no charge. I was shocked. They were so sorry for the inconvenience on having to come back.
Awesome business to the customer.
Very,very pleased with them. Also alterations are always done to perfection.
It’s been more than a year since we used Martinizing cleaning due to a location closed to us being now closed. However not only did they provide with excellent customer service at the Wauwatosa location but they went above and beyond noticing that there was a button missing and they replaced it as a courtesy service.
We were happy clients already but now there is no doubt that we will continue to make the 11 miles trip to receive this great service.
I have been a customer at this cleaners for YEARS. They are very professional and have always done a good job with whatever I have brought in to be cleaned--including one heavy king-size quilt!
