Found what I wanted, but couldn't find staff. It was 25% off, but didn't show price. The basement level has excellent sale prices when they're marked; but don't wait for a salesperson! Saved my money by not buying:)

I've been to many different locations of Macy's in major cities and to be absolutely honest with you, Mayfair location is more like an upscale K Mart. There is no exclusivity,nor personal one on one experience with the salesperson explaining every aspect of the item that you are interested in purchasing or not. Nope they pretty much assume that you know what you are looking for, but don't get me wrong, the staff is helpful at certain times of the day or day of the week.The store is immaculate, the inventory is fresh and appealing. I recommend this Macy's to consumers who need only the best quality clothing and other accessories at a great and safe location.
