Joel Baisden, OD is a busy optometrist practice that provides a wonderful experience for patients. The staff, especially Cathy, are praised for their excellent service and assistance with contacts, glasses, and eye health concerns. Patients have been going to this practice for years and find the doctor to be exceptional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining eye conditions and treatments, even for children.
I have been going to Dr Baisden since I was a teenager and he is exceptional. He caught my retinal detaching and my children’s astigmatisms. He is always so nice and answers all questions and breaks it down so that your kids understand. The staff just depends on who is there as I have had everyone hood and bad but the doctor is amazing!
Dr. Baisden is first-rate all the way. He's knowledgeable and smart and works with state of the art equipment. His staff is all terrific. And, if you have work that insurance won't cover or you don't have insurance, he'll work with you to make sure you can afford his services. Highly recommended -- especially if money is an issue.
