I had 1 appointment for my daughter. We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time to be taken back. We ordered contacts. It took WEEKS to get them, and even when they said they would contact me when they arrived, they didn't. I had to call to check on the delivery status. When I finally was able to come get the contacts, their office was closed - 2.5 hours early without any kind of notice. We will be looking for another clinic. I've had too many problems in a very short experience with them. Absolutely don't recommend.

Doc retired. New Doc long wait and not very friendly. Extra charges that I was not informed of till the actual appt. If you don't agree to it then they won't see you... Should be notified before when making appt so can decide to go elsewhere. Frame selection was less than normal. Not impressed miss the old doc!

Scheduled a routine visit had no issues but they are billing my medical insurance that will not cover it so now i have to instead of charging my vision insurance. Had to wait for thedoctor and the person that helped with glasses, it was over 2 hours. There were used tissues on thr counter in exam room with doctor, he says they were behind because of an emergency apparently they didn't have time to clean up before I was seen.

Wanted to shop locally but regret it. Staff are condescending and rude. It took me almost 2 months to get my glasses and they refused to return my phone calls. I'll go to Walmart from now on.

Wautoma eye clinic has a completely new staff, so if you ever had any issues with any of their staff before they are gone, there is a new owner a new doctor very, very helpful, very good. I'm not completely done with the process of getting glasses or contacts. But so far, i'm extremely happy with the experience i've had with them.
