She prescribed me prednisone. When I asked about a muscle relaxer, she hesitated and then agreed. After that, she barely acknowledged me. She entered the prescription, stood up, opened the door, pointed to the exit, and never said another word or even looked at me. She was very dismissive and unprofessional. Later, I went to the ER and was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis. My temperature there was 99.9, which matched how feverish I felt. At ThedaCare, they said my temperature was normal, but after the nurse checked it, I checked it myself and found that the battery was dead—so I’m not sure my temperature was taken properly. Reception is very kind and cooperative, but I needed to have an extensive thyroid panel done and I expressed that I had already had a thyroid controlling hormone test done and told her I'd already had vitamin d and iron and other tests done. She nodded her head and then did not do an extensive thyroid panel and I still got charged for a bunch of tests that I told her I already had done at another place. Very poor communication.

Not a fan of Thedacare, I've been seen by Dr. Nguyen and I didn't find him helpful. He came across a bit rude by repeatedly looking at his watch and not listening to my symptoms I've been experiencing since August 2017. He acted like it was too long ago and kept trying to put me on anxiety medicine because I "seemed fairly anxious", even though I wasn't anxious at all and told him I wasn't.
