Everyone at Sprinter was EXTREMELY helpful in getting our new printer up and running. The entire project was a little more complicated that I thought that it would be, but Sprinter really stepped up to the plate and got it done quickly and efficiently. Vincent was the technician who came to our office to help. He was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. A++++++

We received incredible service from both Koen and Lennon. Both were very responsive and resourceful. We went through 3 different modems in a short period of time (due to spotty reception with 2 5G modems and ultimately settled back in with a cable company’s modem). Each time we ran into issues, Lennon got us through the issues with patience and kindness.
