I ordered boxes face masks on 2/1/20. Rocket Industrial sent me a message indicating that they did not have the items at that time, asking if I would like to cancel my orders. I choose to stay even not knowing if I will actually receive the face masks since some of my face mask orders got canceled due to the shortage in market. I kind of lost my hope. However, I did receive my orders after 2 weeks or longer. Thank you very much. This company really honor on what they're doing.
