Communication was wonky. I brought in glass for a quote and was told I would get a call the next day. I had to call a few times over the next three weeks (didnt always pick up) to figure out a quote. In the end, I never got a quote and they had just done the job. This is a huge miss from the business. Im giving it 4 stars because the work was done well at an excellent price

Went to get some pricing and supplies, Desk Clerk was ok but what pissed me off was the technician working in back had asked him some basic questions of Window screen frame that he should know. just answers like a robot saying I don't know to multiple questions, if you don't know, then you should not be a technician at this company, find a different position!!

Great experience. I took two storm windows in on a Thursday or Friday (one for a broken glass and one with a broken spring pin) and got a call on the next Monday or Tuesday that they were done and ready to pick up. The young lady at the counter who took the panes in, called me when they were done, and was there when I went to retrieve them was happy, friendly, and helpful and the price for the work was relatively reasonable.
