Lots of parking. Staff was trying, but you could tell they were feeling overworked. So many people inside the it felt oppressive. Low ceilings are probably partially to blame for the claustrophobic feeling. I felt like I was in a basement while in the lobby.
Urgent care visit. When dx'd, doc said it was either one or two benign conditions or I was having a stroke and asked if I'd like to go to the ER. I said "no?", and she said ok, if it gets worse go to the ER. All in all it turned out (did not go to ER) but was not a question I was prepared for from a doc. Also found out she believed in reincarnation. ??
Had lab draw this morning. I always like to review professionalism. Mckenzie was the phlebotomist, remember always address someone as Mr or Mrs last name, never address by first name, less you want to be called New America because you dont know any better, never touch the site after cleaning with alcohol prep, what is the point if you recontaminate site, alway go in pararallel, not from a 30 degree size angle, thats why you had to explore for the vein.
