This is the first time I've felt compelled to review a gym. I've been to Many public gyms and this one is by far the best. Cleanliness (including changing/bathrooms) 10/10. I watch this place get mopped daily. Equipment quality 10/10. Staff 10/10. Couldn't be more pleased.

Seemed like a pretty nice place. We went there for a spin class. The instructors were very energetic, and well spirited! They offer some healthy dining options in a nutrition center. The only flaw was the parking was somewhat limited

Traveling to Wausau to work often, I was lucky to find a gym-home-away-from-home that is so welcoming and with such high-quality classes. Kelly hits it out of the park every morning and gets my day started right. Thanks, Lift!
