Had my car serviced at Jiffy Lube in Wausau for the first time today. Have to say I was very impressed!!! They were extremely thorough! Checked over everything and reviewed all the info on a large screen with me. Offered some additional services…one I accepted and the others I passed on. Was happy that they were not pushy at all…just informative and factual. Gave me a printout of everything that was done and the status of the things that were checked. Very helpful! And extremely polite!!!

Jeff did a really great job. He walks through your vehicle and explains the things it needs done and isn’t pushy if you decide not to.He was respectful , courteous , and knowledgeable. Great service.
