I had Eli high install a cement patio Unless then one year the cement cracked and ihave called me high and very little response he said he would come and look at it It has bee 3months and no Eli at this point I do not know what to do except to warn other people to stay clear of this guy he is not a good business man he needs to show me that he stands behind his work and I will change this evaluation but at this point I have to give him a 0 for his business
