Wonderful customer service. The particular technician who came to my home to clean and repair my gas fireplace did an amazing job. It looks like I have a brand new fireplace. He did repairs efficiently and left zero mess behind. I had a few questions a few days after, and he was quick to return, check out my fireplace, and answer all the questions that I had. This is a business that I will be quick to recommend.

The staff here went above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated to us and installed correctly. Their service exceeded my expectations. The install took only a few hours and they were very careful and cleaned up all the old materials. Initially I was concerned about a gap left during the install, and Paul personally came out for a follow up visit the next day and helped come up with a custom solution to make things right.
