I would add an extra star if I could. My technician was fast, knowledgeable, and reliable—communicated clearly throughout the repair and only recommended what was truly necessary. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity. Roets Home Heating & Air Conditioning has absolutely earned my trust, and they’ll be my first call for any future HVAC needs.
Would highly recommend. Didn't have heat and he came over and told me what the problem was without charging me. Due to the fact he didn't have the part.
Great service & affordable pricing!! He was able to come out the next day and fixed our heater quickly. We were very satisfied with the work provided. We will definitely contact him if we need HVAC work in the future.
