I called Roets home heating and air conditioning last week because my furnace was out. Out of the 4 businesses I called that day Roets was the first one to call back, and the earliest one that could come over to service our furnace issue. We ended up needing a new furnace, but Chuck kept me in the loop with everything he tested on our furnace and we got a new furnace installed two days after we gave him the “Go ahead” to install a new one. Roets is one of the most honest and fair heating and airconditioning companies I have done business with in this area. I would highly recommend them! Even though his service call was $10 higher than another company in the area, I cannot stress enough that dealing with a serviceman who is HONEST and morally straight in his work ethics, is the ONLY way to go!!Call Chuck at Roets, he is a straight shooter and will not take advantage of you!
