I had scheduled an appointment on Saturday for a mens cut only at 10:30, I drove to the appointment to find the door locked and the place closed, then I checked my email to see if there was anything and it turns out my appointment was rescheduled for later that day at 2:30. I show up at 2:30 to be told that she is running behind and if I could reschedule that would be great so I did I said Sunday at 10:30 and she said that sounds great to her. I show up at 10:30 on Sunday and again I find the door locked and no one inside. In the end I drove to Waupaca three separate times just to end up without a haircut. Not very good service or organization.

I've been going to Sarah for many many years. For the first time in my life, I have been able to grow my hair long. She is fantastic! She really listens to what I want, and is honest with me if it's not going to work. I'm the one who used to always go home after a cut and wash it and do it over, but not with Sarah. I always leave happy.

Samantha always does an excellent job with coloring, cutting, and styling my hair, and eyebrow waxing! She’s gone above and beyond to help me with getting my kids in to get cuts and trims. She’s also helped me with my extensions. She always makes me feel beautiful before I leave no matter what time of day it is. She’s been my hair stylist queen for 3 years now and I don’t ever want to have another!
