Was horrible at communicating, had to reach out multiple times simply to schedule a date and time, I told him litterly any day or time would work… so he picked a date and time but when the day came no call no show. I sent a message after 30 minutes passed with no response, called and after two rings he sent me to voicemail. I’m 9 months pregnant and explained I needed to schedule a little in advance so I could have help moving furniture, my mom took off of work for the day to help move furniture that morning. I ended up renting a rug doctor to do the carpets myself(would not recommend doing if your 37 weeks pregnant). I wish he would have reached out in advance to... read full review
