This was a massage like I’ve never had before! Tamisha is an excellent body therapist with strong hands and a gentle and calming presence! She was very intentional with every move and incorporated aroma therapy, heat therapy, stretching and reflexology! I went out on a whim and tried someone new based on other reviews And she definitely did not disappoint!! I will for sure being going back!

It was as if each movement and stroke was intentional. Tamisha had me in mind the entire massage, everything I mentioned to her. This was great attention to detail, and i really am glad i chose Pouvoir Balance. Not only did i receive the massage i asked for, but the extras tossed in there really sent things up a notch . I was skeptical about this private practice, but i assure you this practice is beyond exceptional! I left here ready to advocate for trying out a private practice, in this case Tamisha’s private practice. I think if you are looking for a great massage, this is the place to receive just that. See for yourself, i have a feeling you will not regret it.

It’s the little extras that make the difference between a good massage and a great massage. So many places charge extra for essential oils, deep tissue, cupping, etc. Tamisha has a very calming centered approach and uses her expertise to customize her massage to my needs. I’m continuously impressed by her ability to create a tranquil and relaxing environment. Highly recommended.
