Second project with Simon Builders. Nathan does a great job keeping us informed. The subs are all talented, courteous and on time. Would have no problem with them taking on any other remodels.

We had this vision to put in a pool with a pool house. When we contacted Michael F Simon Builders--they were excited to take on this project. Simon created plans that captured our vision with a pool house attached to our main home. Simon worked closely with Neuman Pools for the first phase of this project building the foundation and infrastructure while Neuman built the pool. Neuman Pools told us how Simon was one of the best companies they have ever worked with. There were many details that had to be coordinated and from the home owner's perspective--everything went perfect!

We have used Michael Simon Builders for two major home remodel projects within the last six years and could not be happier with how they turned out. The process is smooth from start to finish and their staff (both in-house and out in the field) is very professional, courteous, and highly skilled. We will use them again if/when another remodel project presents itself.
