The best place for fixing your back, full stop. I had struggled with chronic lower back pain for years. Anytime it flares up, Mark fixes me up and I feel like a new person afterwards. If you live in the area, drop by.
I have now gone in to see Dr. Mark 10+ times over the past two years or so for lower back Laser treatments. Each treatment is 15-20 minutes in length and the results or relief is well worth the nominal fee.
This was my first visit to a chiropractor in almost 30 years, for the same reason: severe, acute lower back pain. Pain level was 8/10. An overload of golf, softball long-toss with my daughter, and scrubbing a pool deck for 2 hours took its toll. I could barely walk into the office in an upright position. While I can’t say I walked out that day feeling physically better, I left with instructions/homework to rest, stretch and recover along with 3 office visits the following week for laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation and stretching. 9 days after my first visit, I graduated to a pain level of zero!
