“In February, PCI came out to our home to grasp the scope of our home remodel project which included a complete Master bathroom, Powder Room and Laundry room remodel. We also needed the kitchen and upstairs hallway drywalled and painted. Added bonus was a custom built cabinet to house our automatic filling dog water receptacle and new garage fire entry door. Rob, their Project Manager worked very closely with us to ensure our vision was beautifully brought to fruition. He had many key individuals that ensured our desired results. Katia was our main interior designer who worked tirelessly to provide our vision by sharing products to fit perfectly in our home. She added personal touches specific to us. Abbey who does Marketing for PCI also shared her ideas and encouragement that our remodel would be beautiful. We loved when the ladies came over for progress checks, pics and additional ideas. The work was performed by many, and more importantly led by Adam. He is truly a craftsman and can do it all. He mentored his team ( Kevin and Mark) really well to ensure their work was top notch. I cannot say enough about Adam. He understood our vision for the laundry room and made it happen. He built the custom dog water cabinet. Thank you, Adam!
Additionally they use some subcontractors and they were also excellent. The drywallers did a fantastic job hiding a former closet opening. The tile people were exceptional. The attention to detail in the tile work said it all…we get many compliments on the flooring. PCI is one big family from the workers to the customers they serve…we even had Mike and Michelle, owners of PCI come out to see the finished project. Our remodeling journey was a long one as it finished in late May. The length of time included all of the careful planning, renderings, choosing designs and products, paint and of course the attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked! It was all done in time for our wedding in our home in July. We think of PCI and their team and the detailed craftsmanship ever time we walk through our new spaces. We highly recommend them for any project!
