Service has been great. Over the past 6 years we have struggled with IT providers - lack of knowledge, lack of responsiveness, and bad recommendations. We were to the point of considering bringing IT in house - we gave it one last shot at a company. And ToSolution has been amazing. Shawn has been great through the setup process and is great at keeping us accountable and following up when we don't respond to him - sometimes we need that. I've worked with the ToSolution Team for over a year. I have been so impressed with their service and willingness to clearly explain complicated IT issues to allow us to run our business more efficiently. Recently Dan has done side-by-side observations with some of our employees in their work environment and was able to quickly identify process and technology improvements for both the short and long term. The help desk is always helpful, prompt and goes way beyond expectations to ensure our issues are addressed.
