Had Jeremy out today regarding osmosis system. He told me what he was going to do, why and when he found problem told me how he was going to fix, cost of parts and why failure happened. Very knowledgeable about what he did, friendly, I will only have Jeremy work on my Soft Water needs. Brett was wonderful. He came to our place on very short notice. He tested our water for hardness, thoroughly explained water softening benefits and reverse osmosis systems, but in the end determined that these would not work well in our particular situation. Instead he recommended a solution that was not something his company even sold. That kind of honest service is very difficult to find. Highly recommend!

Our iron filter challenge was resolved quickly with Brett’s prompt response. We appreciate the options he shared with us. Randy did the actual replacement work and his work is the best.
