I called about an emergency on Thursday night and we set up an appointment immediately. He was very quick and professional. I was thrilled with his speed and friendliness.

I had Darrell Kiel come out to clear my shower drain. He snaked the shower drain and said it was completed. He then went out and checked the septic tank to make sure the toilets can flush he said he saw water from the toilets going into the septic and said I was good to go. A couple of days later complete back up! I called another company who came out to PROPERLY clear them. They snaked from the main line form the septic back to the house which fixed the problem. DO NOT use Darrell from Rooter Man!!

Terrible service, did not show up as scheduled, did not call when he arrived as planned so I could be home, could not get my address or phone number correct, told me he called when he did not. Do not waste your time and prolong your drain problem by calling this company. I rate them a zero!!
