David, the owner, was wonderful to work with and explained everything to us in detail in logical terms. He set a detailed timeline and met every deliverable leading up to our closing and ultimate move-in date. Katie, the interior designer, worked with us through the design selections and made that process exciting and fun. Her recommendations were excellent. Jim, the project manager, was outstanding! He was very communicative with us throughout the entire building process and was definitely a client advocate, looking out for our best interests. He gave us such a great comfort level and ensured all our expectations were met. Jim is a wonderful person and a great builder. Bill, the controller, clearly explained the financial aspects of building a home and made the entire payment and closing process seamless. Linda, the director of real estate, kept us informed and up to date on all key actions and deliverables.

“Cream City Buyers has been a GODSEND to our family! We are so grateful for the kindness and patience throughout the process of selling our Mom’s home. I first reached out to Cream City a couple years ago, and spoke to Kurt. I told him the story of my Mom, a very proud woman who has lived independently in her home for 30 plus years. I explained to Kurt that at some point… unsure when, she will need to move to assisted living and we will need to sell her home, and it will need a lot of work. From that first call, Kurt was so kind, empathetic and assuring. He also spent a good amount of time answering my many questions. After that call, my mom stayed in her home over a year and a half.
