Called up and got a WH the same day. They were busy, but made it happen. The price was right and the unit was quality. Order taker was professional. Installer was professional.

When our basement flooded, our water heater stopped working. We called ProServ, the gentleman who answered was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He quoted us a lower number than Home Depot to swap out a water heater. We were also concerned about our HVAC, they offered the tech could check and diagnose on the same day. Within a few days (probably would have come sooner but this was the “thousand year flood” so everyone in the area got flooded & all restoration companies were busy), Justin came out at the time frame he was scheduled. I - like many of my fellow of Milwaukee residents - experienced catastrophic flooding in August, 2025. I lost my furnace and my hot water heater. My next-door neighbors had a ProServ truck in their driveway within days and their service was completely restored. I called the number on the truck and had a hot water heater within two days and a furnace within three. They were a true lifesaver.
