Amazing family owned and operated music store! Super knowledgeable and helpful. "Dad" is the luthier with 50 years experience. Great selection of instruments and gear. Check for days open and hours.
Outpost music is great, friendly and extremely helpful for a 65 year old newbie. Decided at 65 I always wanted to try to play the guitar, and yes Ben Janzow can teach an old dog new tricks. Only 3 lessons under my belt but extremely happy with my progress. Outpost music is willing to help me with any equipment I might need and from what I've seen very reasonable on the prices. Just need to stop and look. Might find something that you always wanted to try. It's never too late.
Really appreciate the attention given to my beloved old Washburn G2V here. These folks found parts & elusive little pieces that have been missing or broken for a very long time. The corporate retailers, luthiers, & even the manufacturer over the years have all been so consistently enthusiastic w/ "NO! Can't help-Won't help-Not going to try" that I'd almost given up on this quest.Outpost Music is outstanding! Thank You!!
