I had John Marchan as a attorney for a case that started back in 2022. He was always straight forward and understanding. I was facing probation and/or possibly jail time. My case was dismissed thanks to him. Id recommend him to anyone and hire him again if needed.
I hired Attorney John Paul Marchan in the middle of a difficult divorce, with children, when my previous attorney couldn’t handle my case any longer. John Paul was very straight forward, told me what to expect each step of the way, and set appropriate expectations for me regarding his work capacity and the expected costs involved. He took the time to understand what I wanted and did a wonderful job of representing my interests. John marchan is an outstanding lawyer. I was expecting to get a 90 day jail sentence with a year probation and he managed to get it reduced to 5 days in Huber with no probation. I would recommend him to anyone.
