MRI Tech, Allison was absolutely wonderful. The exam went well, but with my current disability, it was difficult for me to walk to the exit. She went out of her way to get me a wheelchair and escorted me out to my ride. Wonderfully caring and compassionate.
I went for a bone scan at Rayus Imaging. The imaging tech has 14 years' experience and was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He made sure I was comfortable, and the actual test took about 10-15 minutes. I used MyChart to expedite my check-in process, and there was no waiting to be called for my appointment. The process was so smooth, from start to finish. For continuity of care, Froedtert and the Medical College provide just that.
Dr. Zikos is an excellent listener. My blood pressure is always high because of my 45 minutes of travel time on I-94. She follows the rules and takes my blood pressure twice during our visit. FYI - I arrived home after lunch at Subway, shopping at Kohl's, and getting books from the bookmobile. When I relaxed for an hour, my blood pressure was 118/66/68. Thank you, Dr. Zikos. You're the GREATEST!
