Our overall satisfaction was good. The 2 man crew were pleasant but not punctual. They worked efficiently and got the job done in 2 rather than 3 days. They were skilled enough to get the job done even though details were not a priority and we did some clean up ourselves.

I had staining of exterior side light wood panels on porch and bedroom & master closet painted. With both projects I was very satisfied from start to finish. The projects were done in a timely manner. The Certa Pro Staff were informative and followed up when the staining and painting were completed.

In the end, we got the pro paint job we asked and paid for. Getting there was an issue. We had to contact the lead of out crew and express some displeasure. After some additional work, the issues were resolved and we are pleased with the proformance.
