I manage condo properties for a living, and I managed to luckily run into Brandon from CENTEC at a trade show, and subsequently met Paul as well. I cannot say enough how dedicated they are to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have dozens of security and fire/intercom panels and accounts. If I can figure out how to migrate them all, I would. They truly go above and beyond for the customer. I would highly recommend this vendor.
I had his team install a security system in my store after a string of break-ins and couldn’t be more pleased. The system install went smoothly, they communicated the process and asked questions, and it works perfectly. Thank you for your service!
This is the most honest and compassionate company I have EVER came across! I had a situation that took me through the ringer. Randy Jennings was God sent! He worked diligently to help me get the problem solved without any response from the other party we were working with, but yet instill he continued until I decided to go another route. Ms. Peggy in finance was absolutely the best! She offered me some encouraging words to get me through these trying times and I thank her more then she knows!
