We had 1st Choice Heating & Cooling back to do our yearly tune up on our furnace. Tim did a great job with going over all the things he was checking and explaining why , he also answered all the questions.We are very happy with the furnace and heat pump they installed and are doing the service .

My technician Stevie arrived on time. Diagnosed, Fixed and replaced the faulty part of my Carrier AC Unit. Walked me thru basic maintenance procedures for my unit. To keep what happened from repeating. He was very professional and easy to talk with.(Give that man a raise).
