Had a great experience with Zuern's last week. I often forget that they are located where they are and it much more convenient for me to shop here than make the trip to Menards. I'll make sure to visit here first before making a run to JC. The lumber prices are pretty dang comparable too.

We ordered our kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, and backsplash tile through Zuern, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Becky (our kitchen designer) was a pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to detail. All of our questions were answered promptly, and the quality of the materials exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Zuern for both their excellent products and outstanding customer service.

Contacted zuerns in August for a rough in lumber bid and was quoted 4 weeks. 6 weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything. My builder and myself called the guy in charge of our plans quite a few times with crickets. We hadn’t planned on building until March so we let it go and waited- holidays came and went. Still waited. Finally called on 1/31/24 and spoke with someone who said they would call me back with an update. Heard nothing that day or the next. 2/2/24 I spoke with the store manager who seemed promising until I never heard back from him either. FINALLY on 2/5/24 the guy who was “working” on our bid called me and said he wasn’t sure if we wanted them or not because we were going to change some things (the garage) Of course we wanted them- we needed numbers to give to the bank. Really disappointing. Ended up telling them we are going another direction. I couldn’t imagine working with them if they cannot even complete a bid or call their customers back…

After years of dedication to the local big box store, when I tried to get a load of shingles delivered, the service was horrible and they couldn't really give me much of an answer of when they could deliver it.So I tried Zuern's, and not only were they able to deliver it quickly, but the service was great and the prices were comparable. Zuern's will definitely be my first stop for building materials in the future. Thank you!
