My Menard's water softener wasn't functioning properly and I asked them to come out for a quote thinking it needed to be replaced. The owner I believe was the technician who came out and was very nice, tested the softener and said it was working fine just needed a little fine tuning at no charge he adjusted the softener. If your concerned about honesty and integrity I would highly encourage Schaefer's.
Had a service tech come to our home to check on why the salt wasn’t being used. Turned out to just be a plug in the unit. Took about 30 minutes and he explained everything before he left. I appreciate the nice lady on the phone who is very nice to speak with. 10/10
We had some issues with air in our lines, had someone come to our house and couldn't figure it out, Aaron came out and figured it out right away. He changed our iron filter and the problem went away.
