When you don't know to much about plumbing and the guy shows up and shows you the leak isn't a major fix. Sometimes thing loosen up and just need to be tightened. 5 minutes worth of time and he said don't worry about today. I'd venture a guess not everyone would do that. Robert's has been Amazing! We pretty much have them on speed dial! Anytime we need anything they find time to fit us in and are always kind and speedy. They are also the most responsible we have ever found. :) we will never use anyone else given the chance.

We recently bought our first home. First of all the selling realtor for some reason had the house winterized two days before we closed, so when we did the final walk through nothing was turned on. Roberts was quick to come over and get the water back up and running. A few weeks later the water heater was giving us issues, turns out we needed a new one. They were very quick to get us one, make us aware of the prices, and install it. They have been amazing the entire process. I will definetely ONLY be working with them in the future.
