We had KSR out last week for minor roof repair. This is the 3rd time since 2017. They determined our 20-year roofs may need replacement in 3-4 years, and provided 2 methods, with 2 costs. He walked our roofs checking penetrations and valleys. As an architect, I rely on trustworthy contractor partnering, and referred KSR several times to friends and family. Combine KSR's 25+ years of roofing experience as a local contractor with quality work, with variable cost solutions; provided confidence to me and others. He reviewed my dads roof after hail storm, and KSR determined no damage, while my dads next-door neighbors were replacing roofs of similar hail damage quality... read full review

What an amazing group of people to work with! Kevin & his team have been helping with my roof for over 10 years now. After the last set of storms rolled through, I saw some missing shingles. Kevin came over to inspect within an hour of my initial text to him, and despite being super busy with all of the recent storm clean up - he fixed my roof 24 hours later. He is honest & upfront about pricing - and his prices cannot be beat! There are never any hidden surprises or fees. He is very organized, thorough, has excellent communication skills, and always does a great clean up job. I highly recommend Kevin & his crew for any roofing type needs.
