My first time going and it was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever gotten in years. I had Jamie and she did an amazing job. They have already gained a new client because I already have booked my next appointment. I am already looking forward to it and feature appointments that I plan to book such as a massages as well as a facials. I love the atmosphere as well as the location. I also love the fact that they offer coffee and other drinks. I am so very happy that I have finally found a spa that I know I will love and be able to finally feel relaxed and not feel rushed. It's not too busy or not too distracting.
I texted requesting a same day appointment, with the time needed for what i was looking for they couldnt fit me in. Understandable, I made an appointment for later in the week.(Tina was great!) Later that day I got a text asking to come in for a consult. I was so impressed! Alek explained her vision, went thru my hair and came up with the best plan with the help of the owner Traci! All while keeping it within my budget. (I love the transparency) The day of my appointment was amazing! Complimentary water and coffee, warm neck towels, head massages. My hair turned out perfect! I took my mom for a spa day. It was our first time ever and it couldn’t have gone better. The environment was clean, relaxing, and filled with detail. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. I had my experience with Jamie and mom had Alaina. Five star service all the way around. The most relaxed I have ever felt!
